Supernes – Zsnes

Zsnes version 0.18 is released with the following changes:
- Fixed a minor SNES PPU DMA bug
- Changed SPC700 loop timing
- Moved Sound Blaster interrupt code a bit
- Fixed key ordering in zsnes.cfg

Supernes – Zsnes

Debut of a new Super Nintendo emulator called Zsnes, it is a very interesting emulator, as it comes with the following features:
- Full 65816 instruction set
- SRAM support
- LoROM and HiROM support
- SlowROM and FastROM support
- Line to Line graphics engine
- Graphics modes 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7
- Mosaic effect
- Support for 8×8, 16×16, 32×32 and 64×64 sprites
- Full DMA support
- Rotation and scaling effects using Mode 7
- Individual Windowing routines
- Background area addition
- HIRQ/VIRQ/NMI Interrupts
- Support for many Super Nintendo ROM formats
- Multiple file support (.1,.2,.3,A.,B.,C.)
- 16 Bit Graphics Support
- PAL/NTSC Timing Support
The emulator is fantastic, even if it is not yet at the level of Snes9x, but it is not lacking much, considering that it is the first beta version of the emulator.

Supernes – Snes9x

Finally the 0.20 version of Snes9x has been released the best Super Nintendo emulator for PC at the moment and it comes with the following changes:
- Rewritten C++ and assembler CPU emulations
- Speeded up SPC700 emulation and partially rewritten in assembler.
- Tile based graphics code now the default redraw method.
- Fixed V-RAM reading bug
- New MS-DOS UI.
- Snes9X.ini file for storing default values

PC Engine – Magic Engine

The new release of the PC-Engine (TurboGrafx) Magic Engine emulator is coming soon, version 0.9, which will implement the following updates:
- Full CD and SCD support
- Native support for Ensoniq and GUS sound cards
- VESA support
- Full screen emulator display
- Redefinable keyboard controls
- Multiplayer (up to 5 players)
- Additional support for HuCard images

Apple – vMAC

Updated vMac emulator to version 0.18c.
And implements the following updates:
- Icon bar instead of VMAC menu
- Show a ROM with a flashing X when there is a problem with the ROM file
- Drawings and icons in the menu bar.
