Sega MD – Genecyst

New release of the super famous Genecyst the new version is 0.31 and has the following improvements:
-Fixed a bug in VRAM management
-Fixed some DAC lag
-Automatic CPU Skip
-Fixed some minor bugs in Z80 emulation
-Fixed some minor bugs in the sound log

Apple – vMAC

The improved version of vMAC in version 1.8C Beta4 was released today and includes the following improvements:
- Removed all threads from vMac as they did not improve performance enough and seemed to cause unnecessary crashes.
- Mouse support now works, it should now map 1 to 1, so the vMac mouse is at the same coordinates as the Windows mouse.

NES – Nesticle

BoodLust Software has released the best Nintendo emulator available for PC, NESticle at version 0.42, with the following improvements:
- Support for MMC1 games larger than 512 KByte
- Fixed the pattern editor in the Windows version

SNEmul a new faster emu?

Today a new Super Nintendo emulator called SNEmul is presented on the horizon. The core code is completely written in assembler, making it the fastest of the moment. Obviously it is still in its infancy, given that it was born recently, but this is what is most striking, that in such a short time an emulator of this kind has been programmed.

Now it’s a tough fight between KGen and Genecyst, because just today a new version 0.33 of KGen has been released!!! which has improved in terms of compatibility with all available ROMs and has also improved in terms of speed.
